Through our SVN/Blackstream brand, we offer exceptional commercial real estate services throughout the world with offices in Greenville, Columbia,  Charleston SC, Charlotte and Ashville, NC. Blackstream Development develops apartments, office and restaurants in our core markets.

I also lead our Special Asset Group, which specializes in aiding lenders with their asset recovery and our CBD Development Team. I am currently developing a $40 million multifamily development project.
