A business service focused on the measurement and reporting for retailers that have complex sales efforts. Software as a Service (SAAS), Cloud based and built with Oracle tools.  Real time measurement and live web-based reporting of store traffic and sales performance down to the individual salesperson.  Tools provided to the retailers include CRM and email capabilities.  -	Turned company operationally profitable for first time in 6-year history-	Increased customer base by 71% -	Doubled Monthly recurring subscription revenue-	Restructured pricing model to meet market demands and drive sales-	Launched 2nd product into market

Raised private funding to successfully conceive, develop the concept, launch and grow the premier art and craft industry ecommerce business outside of the publicly traded brick and mortar retailers in the U.S. market.  A sales and marketing company using technology to leverage the available inventory of a large wholesale distributor.-	Successfully managed all aspects of conception to launch of business.-	Supervised and directed creation of custom ecommerce software, corporate operating software, consumer-oriented web interface through contracted and in-house developers.-	Over $4 million in sales, averaging over 350,000 monthly unique visitors.-	Over 300 orders per day on average.-	Negotiated a contract and exclusive relationship with the third largest craft wholesaler in the United States for systems integration and product shipments.-	Created fully integrated real time order processing with craft wholesaler that included real time inventory verification and same day shipments-	Effectively developed automated customer service efforts to keep staff well below industry norms by approximately 75%.  1.5 FTE’s used to handle all phone, email and various customer service issues -	Profitable after 1st year of operations, while maximizing top line sales with an eye towards optimum valuation and potential exit strategy-	Marketed and sold interest to pursue a new opportunity

A 3rd party fulfillment house contracting as a virtual warehouse, assembly and shipping operation for mostly technology companies.  At the heart of the operations was a custom browser-based communications platform.   An accompanying relational database produced cutting edge, real time, interaction and reporting.-	Supervised and specified design of the earliest fully functional ecommerce platforms on the internet-	Real time reporting to customers of inventory, shipping and fulfillment data.-	Reinvented an existing manufacturing business to fund the new business development-	Grew to $2.5 million in sales and 25 employees-	Born out of a reinvention of a dying manufacturing business that provided cash flow during its shut down-	Successfully sold my shares in the company to pursue a new venture
