- Facilitate high-impact CPQ Accelerator Customer engagements  targeted at all levels of an organization (C­-level, VP, Mid-­Level Management and Project Team) to drive stronger Salesforce product adoption and transform organizations.
-  Drive business and technical requirements discussions with Customers and provide relevant best practice recommendations.
-  Identify and proactively manage risk areas and commit to seeing issues through to complete resolution.
-  Maintain and grow technology and domain expertise, staying current on all related Salesforce products and services.

Customer Success Manager

Manage several implementations of various sizes & complexities simultaneously, while maintaining a sense of urgency.

Partner with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to discover their business processes and provide guidance on the best course of implementation.

Conduct analysis of customer requirements, deliver the CPQ solution, craft architecture documentation, manage UAT with end users, and coordinate post-implementation handoff.

Act as the voice of the customer by liasing with product management to rally the resources needed for a path to resolution.

Design and customize clients’ new or updated Laboratory computer systems. Facilitate design sessions, data collection, and implementation of Cerner software. Currently consulting for Dignity Health.
