- Led the global project to align Inbound source SLAs with Outbound consumption requirements for a large (BIG) data warehouse.
- Integration of user entitlements to all the applications offered by Citi affiliate. The project allowed internal/external users to log in to a central hub from where they could access the applications per their entitlements using single sign on.
- On boarding of new Citi internal business units to Fund Services billing application. Managed the upgrade of the billing application and related interfaces.
- Data center migration of various Transfer Agency applications. The project was part of a Citi wide initiative intended to bring in huge cost savings by streamlining the data centers. The project involved various Citi units and vendors and Citi's external clients.
- Client on boarding / fund launch projects in the area of Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, Fund Administration that provided enhancements and automation to meet requirements from Operations, Product Management and external clients of Citi. The projects involved integration with in-house applications as well as vendor products.
- Partner with business units / teams from North America, South America, Europe and Asia to align time frames.
- Working with teams to identify dependencies and make necessary changes to align their feed delivery times.
