Elaine Rodriguez is a skilled and experienced professional with a passion for learning and helping others. She started her career at Allstate in 2006 and has since held various roles, including senior consultant for Allstate Brand Operations Improvements, operational risk and regulatory compliance team member, and most recently on the Ethics Team in Enterprise Business Conduct. Elaine also continued her education and earned LOMA designations such as AAPA, ACS/PCS, ARA, AIRC, and ALMI/FLMI, completed Six Sigma training, and received her Allstate Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
