Before that, he was at O3B Networks as the VP of Advanced Technology Development and Innovation, MSV as Director of Product and Technology Strategy, LightSquared as Director of Product Management, and Stratos Global as Senior Director of Product Management and Market Development. Rao has also worked as the Director of Service Development at Hughes Network Systems, Inc., VP of Technology at Cidera, and as a Senior Scientist at Comsat Labs.
