Mirian Machado

Mirian Machado is an experienced professional in organizational culture, with a background of more than 15 years in developing tailor-made solutions for personal and organizational development. She is the creator of the OFCIAO, a revolutionary Architecture suited for a continuous flow of information auto-organization, representing an improvement in behavioral systems for people and organizations.

With a Ph.D. in Education from the Ibero-American International University of Mexico and an MBA in Executive Assessorship from UNINTER International University Center, Mirian also holds a Post-Graduate degree in Corporate Pedagogy and Education from Centro Universitário Internacional, a Master's in Education from the Ibero-American International University of the USA, and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and Engineering from UNISUL.

Mirian's career path has been dedicated to personal and organizational development with a vibrant focus on creating value and excellence in solutions. She had more than 9 thousand assessments in personal counseling and has worked in several training and consulting positions. She is now the General Director of Nortus, a company where she has also been a partner and CEO. She aims to provide continuous improvement based on her background, remaining passionate about people and organizations' excellence, and providing tailored improvement and growth across various areas of expertise.
