Gail Markulin is a finance professional with over 27 years of experience in capital markets. She retired as the Director of Capital Markets at the FHLBanks Office of Finance in 2016 after overseeing the successful issuance of short-term and term debt. Gail's expertise in financial markets and investor relations helped her negotiate, execute and analyze transactions both global and domestic. She is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from The George Washington University School of Business. As a volunteer for four years at AHC, Inc., a non-profit affordable housing developer of low- and moderate-income housing in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C., Gail also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Aspire! Afterschool Learning.
