Digital Editorial Director, Design Within Reach & HAY 

•  Developed and relayed all external communications to support a 150-year-old non-profit dedicated to architecture and urbanism including its online publication, Urban Omnibus.
•  Worked with both Programs and Development departments to analyze program and exhibition attendance and engagement to intelligently position future events and create new outreach initiatives. 
•   Managed the redesign of the League’s two websites (archleague.org and urbanomnibus.net) in collaboration with Pentagram and Athletics. Organized focus groups and reader surveys to inform the redesign of Urban Omnibus’ graphic identity, editorial structure, and user experience. Upon completion, Urban Omnibus’ website was named a 2019 Webby Awards honoree in the Architecture and Design category.
•  Researched, wrote, and published all biographical and contextual information for participants in the League’s programs and events. Edited and published interviews, long-form essays, and journalism from external contributors.

•  Hired and managed staff of 75+ creatives in New York and Berlin who comprised the three teams of Fab’s content-generating “Creative” department: Graphic Design, Editorial, Quality Assurance, Photography Studio. 
•  Collaborated with General Managers, CMO, and CEO to intelligently position and merchandise products across Fab’s award-winning e-commerce platforms in the U.S. and Europe. 
•  Liaised with Fab’s in-house digital developers to improve and customize our backend CMS to jointly serve Fab’s internal stakeholders along with those of our diverse partner vendors across all retail verticals. 
•  Established inter-departmental workflows and publishing calendars for our New York and Berlin offices to ensure that Fab’s catalog-quality content was published daily, on deadline, with the utmost sensitivity to brand standards and customer engagement all while evolving best practices in lockstep with marketing and merchandise planning departments.
•  Strategized with Business Development team to develop custom co-branded content for third-party initiatives with major retailers, social networking sites, and blue-chip furniture, fashion, and industrial designers. 
•  Project managed Fab’s exhibition at MOST Salone trade show during Milan Design Week 2013 as well as Fab’s showcase at ICFF furniture fair in 2013. Controlled collective budget of $1MM for these efforts.
