Summer Cleveland is a seasoned retail executive with over two decades of experience. For 17 years, she was an integral part of the Urban Outfitters team, where she was responsible for driving P&L results, creative direction, visual leadership, operations, and business growth. With a proven track record of enhancing brand identity through innovative in-store excellence and display, she has shown herself to be a skilled brand leader. Apart from her professional success, Summer is passionate about employee development and retention, believing in cultivating an environment of risk tolerance, creativity, entrepreneurialism, and modeling the way.

Summer Cleveland studied Journalism at Eastern Michigan University, and she is the current President of the Retail Division at Skymint. Additionally, she is former co-founder and owner of Norden Spirits, NORDEN AQUAVIT. She has held several positions in Urban Outfitters, including Visual Director North America, Regional Merchandising Manager, District Merchandising Manager, and Store Merchandiser.
