Hanna Jaakola
Hanna Jaakola is a skilled entrepreneur, facilitator, and educator with over ten years of experience in co-designing and training processes both online and offline. She is passionate about helping individuals create a more empathetic and meaningful world, listening, empathizing, and supporting them as they achieve their goals. Hanna is a compassionate and creative coach, who uses design thinking to train individuals to develop their creativity, problem-solving skills, and efficiency through workshops and one-on-one coaching. She has a particular talent for graphics and presentation design, creating Powerpoint presentations, and survey forms.
Hanna's educational background spans a broad range of disciplines, including Neuro Linguistic Programming, Brain-Based Coaching, Compassionate Communication, and marketing. She holds an MBA in Service Innovation and Design from Laurea University of Applied Sciences and a BSc in Economics and Business Administration, Marketing from the University of Oulu. Additionally, she has worked in several research and project-based roles, such as a Researcher at Ellun Kanat and a Project Manager at Laurea University.
One of her current focuses is developing the TyöhyvinvointiMuotoilu concept for Laurea University – a business-oriented concept that aims to optimize job satisfaction through design-centered workshops. Hanna values creativity and self-awareness and is currently facilitating creativity and self-awareness groups as part of her Taideterapeuttinen ryhmänohjaaja training. She is also coaching and facilitating virtual sessions for "RESU" and "PATU," two programs that empower businesspeople to become more resourceful and innovative.
