He is particularly skilled in growing top-line and bottom-line through digital channels, operating efficiency through leveraging digital, increasing employee, customer, and intermediary engagement, net promoter score, and loyalty through digital channels, creativity and innovation.

Hood holds qualifications from St. Andrews High School for Boys and Northbrook College of Design & Technology. He’s held various underwriting roles at ITT London & Edinburgh Insurance & CE Heath. He’s been a website manager, an online sales manager, a head of eCommerce, and a digital director. He has proven himself adept in managing large teams of over 100 people, executing business strategies in complex cross-cultural settings, and improving customer success.
