(Please note: The venue paused operations in March 2020 due to coronavirus.)- Managed and executed venue bookings, contract negotiations, budgets, schedules and client interactions.- Managed full venue and staff for the duration of each event.- Events booked include galas, video shoots, television shoots, nightlife events, weddings, proms, burlesque shows, convention afterparties, markets and food festivals.

Oversaw the physical execution of transforming one of BuzzFeed’s Hollywood facilities in preparation for the social news and entertainment company’s on-site video production initiatives.- Mediated frequently competing concerns between various internal teams to assess priorities for build-out of newly-acquired space.- Developed construction, moving and other pertinent plans including budgeting and contingencies.- Executed all projects on the proposed timeline, to finish on deadline and on budget.

Negotiated and executed consignment.- Handled troubleshooting of all event aspects from start to finish.

Chief talent buyer and programmer at Avalon - a 2,000 capacity, multi-room venue, hosting weekly parties in partnership with promotions and events companies, including Giant and clients like NBC’s The Voice, LA Fashion Week and Live Nation.- Programmed and booked multiple weekly club events with primary focus on electronic dance music.- Negotiated and finalized contracts, managed event budgets and night-of execution.- Directed all aspects of event production and management from artist logistics to aftershow hospitality.- Oversaw internal communications on marketing and promotional efforts and external communications between all third party partners, ticketing systems, sponsors and vendors.- Directed all aspects of creating planning and budgeting for technical production, including stage build, lighting, visuals, LED and artist riders.- Consolidated internal organizational systems and oversaw transition to Google Workspace.- Created hiring and training processes to streamline influx of full and part time employees.

Bullitt Bookings (now The Bullitt Agency) is a boutique booking agency specializing in bookings, tour coordination and artist management for a roster of the world’s best house music DJs and Grammy-winning electronic music producers.  Responsibilities included: •	Booked and negotiated worldwide tours.•	Coordinated logistics worldwide for all artists and support personnel (up to 50 events per week), including ground transportation, hotels, flights, technical requirements, and other various gig details. •	Managed and coordinated all special events, including record release parties and Winter Music Conference activities.•	Obtained and developed new talent, assisted in managing current talent.•	Managed advertising and press for all events.•	Designed and implemented various marketing and promotional campaigns for agency and artists in markets throughout the world.•	Assisted artists with programming mixes and albums.•	Assisted in obtaining US work permits for International artists.

The Recording Industry Association of America is the trade group that represents the U.S. recording industry.  Responsibilities included: •	Assisted in creating and coordinating all events, including in-office appearances by major label artists, events on Capitol Hill incorporating member companies, artists, and members / staffers of Congress and Senate, Black Eyed Peas performance for the RIAA party at the Democratic National Convention.•	Assisted team of 3 Senior Vice Presidents and 2 Directors with scheduling, travel logistics, and presentations to members of Congress and Senate, as well as member company record executives.•	Maintained all invoices, contracts, and documentation relating to the department’s many vendors, contractors, and outside counsel.  •	Supervised team of part-time employees and interns.

Responsibilities included:•	Drafted letters and affidavits to record companies, maintained databases and charts, assured proper handling of evidence, researched member company copyright ownership, and identified sound recordings.•	Maintained organization and tracking of in-house sound registration certifications for the Anti-Piracy and Civil Litigation departments.•	Acted as liaison with member companies, artist management, and the US Copyright Office to obtain copyright registrations of sound recordings, as well as registered works for member companies.
