Lori Williamson is a Senior Application and Implementation Leader, with extensive experience leading teams of analysts through project implementations, optimizations, and support for the Epic Revenue System. She excels at providing oversight and governance for all elements of the build process, including resource planning, change management, and checklist development. Her leadership extends to all areas of implementation, from charter creation to milestone development, communication plans, risk mitigation, go-live preparedness, and support.

With a background as an Application Analyst turned Application Manager, Lori's experience with GE Centricity Business/IDX Flowcast software, along with recent leadership roles in managing an analyst team on Epic Revenue Cycle Modules, and Lawson Supply Chain and Finance, make her a formidable asset to any team. She's known for her training in Lean principles and creating a Tier 1 DMS huddle board, which won her team perfect scores from the Continual Improvement department. Her training on Value Stream Analysis concepts and participation in Management teams for Revenue Cycle and Supply Chain RPI's initiatives is also noteworthy. As part of her Revenue Cycle RPI's, Lori's team contributed to increasing revenue over $10 million for FY 2019. Finally, her guidelines on Leader Standard Work proved beneficial and led to a 50% reduction in urgent go-live change controls for Revenue Cycle.

Lori's educational background includes an Associates in General Education from Chabot Community College and a BS in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College. Her future dream job entails combining her business experience with her passion for sports.
