Throughout her career, she has held various leadership roles in companies like C&A, Unilever, Booz Allen, Walmart, Rituals Cosmetics, and Enox. Ana has extensive experience in business strategic planning and execution, negotiations with suppliers in different countries, product and business development, team leadership, and the creation of organizational models and business processes in supply chain.
Moreover, Ana is a visionary leader with a knack for managing and executing complex and multidisciplinary projects, thanks to her deep business knowledge, analytical thinking, agility, and interpersonal skills. Her expertise extends to merchandising, assortment and demand planning, category management, inventory management and replenishment, sourcing, pricing, in-store promotion, and visual merchandising strategies.
Ana has a Bachelor's degree in General Administration and Marketing from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, São Paulo, Brazil, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Emory University Goizueta Business School, Atlanta, GA, where she graduated with honors. Additionally, she's fluent in English and has good working knowledge of Spanish.
