Clay earned a Master's in Public Policy from the elite Harvard Kennedy School, having previously obtained a BA in Political and Social Thought from the University of Virginia. With a breadth of experience, Clay has previously been a teaching fellow and course assistant at Harvard University, a summer analyst and consultant at various firms, as well as a program specialist at the US Department of Treasury.
