Carolina De Pasquale is a multimedia expert and researcher with a Ph.D. in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from the Technological University of Dublin. Her research focuses on speech analysis as a tool to assess rapport and success in psychotherapeutic sessions, which has led her to develop time-series analysis scripts with Python and use a variety of speech analysis tools for signal processing. Ms. De Pasquale is also skilled in communicating complex scientific concepts to a variety of audiences from different domains thanks to the interdisciplinary nature of her research.
Ms. De Pasquale has a Bachelor's degree in Photographic, Film, and Video Technology from the Technological University of Dublin and has completed a Masterclass in Game World Design through Audio, Sound Design from the Dublin Institute of Technology. Her professional experience includes work as a Research Assistant at Bianchi’s Laboratory, a former Lecturer, Summer Camp Tutor/Teacher, and Ph.D. Student at Technological University of Dublin, a former Teaching Assistant at Technological University of Dublin, a former Research Assistant at Celsius Research Cluster, School of Communication, DCU, a former QA Tester (Localization) at Keywords Studios, and a former Camera Trainee at That's Nice Films Ltd.
