Before Qualtrics, CJ applied his expertise in IT support solutions and customer services at various establishments, including Service Repair Solutions and popular US-based retailer 1-800 CONTACTS. His academic prowess is rooted in his associate degree in general studies from Salt Lake Community College and highly sought-after computer science degree from BYU.
