Stan Silverman is a highly accomplished executive, author, and speaker who has dedicated his career to helping people and organizations become better leaders. He is the founder and CEO of Silverman Leadership and a nationally syndicated columnist on leadership for the Philadelphia Business Journal and other business publications. Stan spent several years serving as the president and CEO of PQ Corporation, a global chemicals and engineered glass materials company.

Stan is a highly sought-after speaker on leadership and governance issues and has been an invited guest lecturer at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and at the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering and an MBA from Drexel University, and studied executive education at the Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program.
