Matt Jauchius is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in marketing, strategy, and business building. He studied Accounting at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and earned an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Before climbing the corporate ladder, Jauchius worked as a Senior Accountant at Ernst & Young and a Risk Advisor at Chase. He later joined McKinsey & Company as an Associate Principal, where he honed his analytical and problem-solving skills.

Jauchius rose to prominence as the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Nationwide Insurance, where he oversaw the company's operational and strategic marketing efforts. He then served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Hertz, where he leveraged his marketing expertise to revamp the brand's image and boost sales. Currently, he holds the same position at Fifth Third Bank, where he focuses on driving business growth with a customer-centric approach.

In addition to his work in the corporate world, Jauchius serves on the board of directors of Core Molding Technologies (NYSE: CMT) and is the Chair of the Audit Committee. He is also a CPA (inactive) and a self-proclaimed "financial expert" under SOX.

Outside of work, Jauchius enjoys reading fiction, playing golf (although he admits he is not very good), and spending time with his family.
