David Song is an experienced cloud leader with a focus on identifying the best path for a client's cloud transformation and creating innovative solutions that drive successful business outcomes. With 18 years of professional experience working on IT programs for enterprise-level customers, David has a proven track record of success.

In 2010, David provided consulting services for the Federal Cloud Computing Initiative, and in 2014, he led a cloud advisory team that helped the Federal Aviation Administration establish a cloud strategy and governance processes. Since 2015, David has been designing and implementing cloud solutions using IBM Bluemix services, and he has worked with enterprise clients such as General Motors and the Ontario Government.

David's education includes a Master's degree in Information and Telecommunication Systems from The Johns Hopkins University and an MBA in Business Management from The George Washington University. Currently, he serves as the Chief Technology Officer for the Data and AI Expert Lab at IBM.
