John Foster, a seasoned entrepreneur and family business advisor, is a Duquesne University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. He further pursued his education by earning his MBA from the University of Tampa – John H. Sykes College of Business. He founded the Florida Family Business Resource Collaborative and was once the CEO of Alliance Computing Technologies, Inc. and the President of Asset Management Exchange Corporation. As the Managing Member of PathFinder Group, John and his team assist family businesses in attaining profitable growth while aligning their planning with long-term goals.

With over years of experience as an entrepreneur, John has seen the value of planning and mitigation of risks, especially in a constantly evolving business environment. He provides a multi-disciplinary approach to help family businesses accelerate and sustain their growth, increase productivity and retention with employee engagement efforts, and enhance executive effectiveness with leadership training and development.
