Roushan Zenooz is a well-experienced corporate development and operations leader who is passionate about building teams, driving growth, and delivering results. With a proven track record of successfully leading organizations through complex change, including navigating growth in international markets, divestitures, change management, and acquisition integration management. Zenooz currently serves as the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Corporate Development and Strategic Partnerships at Groupon, a global local commerce marketplace with $5.2B in Billings. He is responsible for setting Groupon’s long-term strategy and leveraging M&A/partnerships to drive growth in close partnership with the company’s CEO and executive team. Zenooz has also led Groupon Labs and launched new businesses for the company.

Alongside his professional experience, Zenooz has studied at Georgetown University and holds a strong background of experience within executive committees and as a co-founder and advisor. He also served as Executive Chairman at Primary.Health, a co-founder at Station Labs, and advisor at Alkuri Global Acquisition Corp.
