Betsy Pepine is a successful businesswoman and real estate agent in Gainesville, Florida. She received a BA in Economics from Duke University and an MBA in Marketing and Healthcare Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. After working for ten years in the pharmaceutical industry, Betsy decided to pursue her passion for real estate in her hometown of Gainesville. She is the Broker-Owner of Pepine Realty, a company that provides a range of real estate services, including commercial and residential sales, relocation, leasing, and property management. Pepine Realty has offices in Gainesville, St. Augustine, and Orlando, covering most of Florida.
Betsy is an award-winning individual who has received recognition from different organizations, including the Large Company of the Year from the Chamber of Commerce, the Impact Award from Business in the Heart of Gainesville, and the top 250 teams in production in the US from The Wall Street Journal. Despite her success, Betsy remains committed to giving back to the community. She dedicates significant time and resources to various causes that help the homeless, the youth, and public school education.
Betsy is an active member of her community, serving on different boards and committees. She is the chairman for Duke University's local chapter of the Alumni Admissions Advisory Committee and serves on the Board of Directors for Capital City Bank. Additionally, she is a Diplomat for the Gainesville Chamber of Commerce and chairs the Public Relations committee at Rotary Club of Gainesville.
In her free time, Betsy enjoys spending time with her two daughters and rescue dogs, running, golfing, cooking, traveling, going to the beach, and meeting new people.
