Phil's specializations lie in strategic planning, operations, marketing strategy and planning, talent management, contract development, IP protection, board governance, business development, and financial analysis. He is also skilled in cash management, forecasting, change management, IT management, and facility relocation.

Phil studied history at Ripon College and pursued a master's degree in Accounting and Finance at the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He has worked as Director of Marketing at Applied Tech and has held executive positions, including CEO, President, CFO and COO across several organizations like LSB, Kidsocial, Egencie, Victor Allen's Coffee and Mara-Mi.
