As the Chief Transformation Officer of the “Groupement les Mousquetaires”  IT organization (STIME),  I’m in charge of contributing to the IT strategy definition, managing the overall transformation program and putting in place the environment and conditions that will leverage the Company efficiency.

As the Chief Transformation and Innovation officer, I'm in charge of:
- Supervising the operational implementation of the Company strategic plan
- Putting in place the environment and conditions that will leverage the Company efficiency and profitability
- Defining and implementing the Company innovation strategy

I was in charge of putting in place the global organization of PMU Brasil (subsidiary of PMU group), implementing the operational processes and defining the 2017 marketing and commercial plan, then to organize the transfer to the local team.

As the International Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the PMU, I'm in charge of defining the IT strategy and delivering the overall IT solutions and processes required to handle the international B2B and B2C development.

I’m also the Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in charge of the global Digital Risk activities which encompass Risk Management, Compliance, Business Continuity and IT Security.
