Sarah Thiele is a highly educated professional with a Master of Arts in European Global Studies from the University of Basel, a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a background in Environmental Studies, International Relations, Environmental Law, and Policy from the University of Wroclaw.

Sarah has a diverse professional experience, having worked in various roles at the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute, including Coordinator for the MBA in International Health Management, Project Associate focusing on Teaching Technologies and Didactics, Communications Expert for Education and Training, Course Manager for Science of Eradication: Malaria, Communications Associate, and Communications Team Lead.

Additionally, Sarah has held positions at the Centre for African Studies Basel ZASB as an Editorial Assistant, Production and Media Assistant for A* Piece of Street Festival and A* Magazine, and Proofreader and Copy Editor.
