Lindsey Newkirk is an accomplished sustainability strategist, program manager, and relationship builder with a passion for social and environmental causes. With a Master's degree in Strategic Communications from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor's degree in Art and Product Design from Keene State College, Lindsey has honed her skills as an imaginative strategic thinker, communicator, and collaborator in the field of sustainable business. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in spaces such as zero waste, food waste prevention, sustainable event production, responsible business, social innovation, sustainable behavior change, and climate change. Lindsey has held various roles in different organizations, including her current role as Director of Sustainability at Dutch Bros Coffee. She previously served as Customer Success Manager for Google's Global Food Program at LeanPath, Inc., PR and Marketing Coordinator at NW VegFest, Sustainability Program Assistant at Oregon Convention Center, and Founder and Chief Instigator at Junk to Funk Trashion Collective. Additionally, she founded and served as Chief Instigator for Elysium Events, created and produced the Junk to Funk Recycled Fashion Show Contest, and was an event planner for The Natural Step Network; A Common Path for Success and Sustainability.
