She runs her own independent practice, Catalyst Wealth Planning LLC, where she takes a holistic approach in crafting personalized financial strategies for her clients. With a background in chemical engineering and financial planning, Fran brings a unique perspective to the table.

Before starting Catalyst Wealth Planning, Fran was a financial advisor at Edward Jones and a plant manager in the chemical manufacturing industry. She's also a former financial educator at Financial Wellness for Christians, an online course for individuals seeking to incorporate faith and personal finance.

Fran received her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, her Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston, and her certification in financial planning from the College of Financial Planning.

Fran's goal is to provide high-value services to her clients and build long-lasting relationships that extend beyond just the financial aspect. Her direct and open communication style ensures that her clients are always in control and well-informed every step of the way.
