Jesse Gaffney is a highly experienced and talented theatre artist and designer, specializing in props design and construction. With a degree in Theatre Arts from Illinois Wesleyan University, Gaffney has worked with numerous theatre and arts organizations, including Paramount Theatre and The Goodman Theatre, as an assistant properties supervisor, props master, and production manager. Gaffney is an expert in advanced carpentry, machine and hand sewing, upholstery, fine furniture construction, foam carving, basic pyrotechnics (not licensed), basic MIG welding, rigging, and hand drafting. She is also skilled in managing budgets, delegating tasks, and supervising large groups of workers, including interns and unskilled workers. Gaffney's passion for learning and teaching makes her an excellent addition to any production team.
