Sven Bulterijs, a biochemistry and biotechnology graduate from Ghent University, has become a notable name in biogerontology, longevity research, and advocacy. He has worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Yale University in the laboratory of David Spiegel, published multiple peer-reviewed papers, and presented lectures at many conferences worldwide. Bulterijs has also been involved in the organization of several conferences including the Eurosymposium on Healthy Ageing. As a founding member of the Belgian non-profit Heales, he has continually served as its co-president and Chief Scientific Officer.
