Michelle Heerdegen is a driven and accomplished professional, currently serving as a Senior Mid-Market Account Executive at Slack, a company known for revolutionizing the way people work. In her current role, she is dedicated to helping new and existing customers increase their productivity and adoption of the Slack platform.

Prior to joining Slack in 2018, Michelle spent four years at Salesforce, where she cultivated a wealth of experience in solution-based selling and relationship building. Her time at Salesforce helped her understand the importance of being a trusted advisor, which can be seen in the way she interacts with clients today.

As a graduate of both Queen's University and the University of Toronto, Michelle's educational background prepared her to be an agile thinker and an accomplished sales professional.

When she's not working, Michelle can be found exploring new restaurants and hiking trails, as well as traveling abroad and spending time with loved ones.
