Currently serving as the Head of Business Excellence at JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd., he is responsible for driving change within the organization by spearheading various digital initiatives. He has also worked as an Operations Officer at HPCL for five years where he led multiple departments such as Operations, M&R, Safety, Security, Procurement & Projects. During his time at JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd., Kapoor has managed several strategic projects that have had a positive impact on the company's top line and bottom line. He has worked with cross-functional teams of over 50 employees, 20 contractors, 30 dealers, and six transporters in Kandla Terminal, one of the oldest, largest, and strategic coastal terminals of HPCL.
