Chiu is an accomplished technical program manager with significant experience in the tech industry. After studying at Beijing Language and Culture University and Columbia University in New York, Chiu has worked for companies such as Google, Yelp, and Crown Castle. While at Google, Chiu served as the program manager for the Distributed Cloud (GDC) and Technical Infrastructure Asset Management teams. Additionally, Chiu was the Technical Program Manager for Cloud Geo Expansion and the Google Fiber Manager of Network Deployment.

Prior to his work with Google, Chiu served as the Partner/Director of Operations for Green Lantern LEDs, a network engineer for Cyient, and a Development Engineer - Fiber Optics for TrueNet Communications. Chiu's extensive background in the tech industry and his ability to manage complex programs have allowed him to excel in his current role as the Director of Edge Deployment at Crown Castle.
