Jamie Thomas, a highly accomplished talent acquisition and management leader, has amassed extensive domestic and global expertise in employment branding, recruitment rebuilds, and enabling technology and digital acquisition solutions. Jamie has a proven track record of building efficient and effective recruiting functions from the ground up and maximizing the output of a talent acquisition function to drive value and impact the bottom line. Studying Human Resources Management at The Wharton School and earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Saint Xavier University, Jamie brings a unique perspective to talent acquisition, incorporating dynamic ways of thinking including artificial intelligence into the recruitment lifecycle.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Jamie volunteers with Fetching Tails Foundation to foster fur balls and give back to the community. She also enjoys spending time with her two kids and traveling the world.
