Judy Cohrs is a seasoned executive coach and subject matter expert in executive branding, with more than 20 years of experience in career and leadership development. She currently works as a Senior Advisor and Executive Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison's Center for Executive Options. Previously, she served as SVP Strategy and Global Development, where she traveled extensively to Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America to gain a global perspective that underpins her career transition and leadership practice.

Cohrs specializes in helping leaders at all levels to develop their purpose and commitment to learn and grow as individuals, align with business requirements, and improve organizational performance. She has a wealth of experience in introducing new methodology, training, and service delivery worldwide, managing projects, designing methods of delivery for cross-cultural training, and focusing on the quality of service delivery.

Cohrs holds a master's degree in Educational Psychology from Alliant International University-San Diego Scripps Ranch and studied Psychology at San Diego State University-California State University. Her career highlights include serving as Adjunct Core Faculty at National University, Executive Coach and Virtual Trainer at International Coaching Associates, Executive Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison, and SVP, Strategy and Development at Lee Hecht Harrison. She has extensive experience working with interpreters, both simultaneous and consecutive, and builds and supports cross-cultural virtual teams.
