Norbert Biedrzycki is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. His expertise lies in digital transformation, including emerging technologies such as augmented reality, Internet of Things, robotisation and automation, artificial intelligence, and blockchain. He has worked with top-tier technology and consultancy companies across Europe, including McKinsey & Company, ABC Data, Atos Poland, and Oracle.

Currently, Biedrzycki is the Head of Customer Success and Delivery, CEE at Microsoft, where he advises clients on integrating the latest technologies into their businesses to satisfy customer needs. He is also an advisory board member at BlockchainTech and CI Games. Biedrzycki is a graduate of the Leadership Academy for Poland at the Center for Leadership and a former President of the Board/CEO of several companies such as ABC Data, Sygnity, and Atos Polska.
