C. Griffith is a highly educated and experienced leader and educator with a passion for developing qualified, thoughtful, and accountable leaders and organizational cultures. He has a Doctor of Philosophy in Spirituality/Church History, a Master of Arts in Biblical Exegesis, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Spanish. Griffith has worked as a Pastor for Training at Cities Church and served as the Executive Director and Director of Global Training at The Gospel Coalition, the Director of the Integrated Curriculum, Director of Undergraduate Studies, and Assistant Professor of Church History & Humanities at Bethlehem College & Seminary. He has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Northwestern - St. Paul and as an Intern for Foreign Missions at Bethlehem Baptist Church.

Griffiths' skillset includes leadership, education, strategic planning, curriculum development, training, research, and public speaking. He is interested in developing qualified, thoughtful, humble, self-aware leaders and organizations marked by trust, integrity, and accountability.
