Ian Burton is a leadership coach, decision strategist, and transferable leadership skills mentor. He has almost two decades of experience in the technology industry, during which he was pigeonholed as a "tech" professional and overlooked for leadership development. After completing his MBA and Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Ian decided to focus on his strengths and abilities. He established Strataconnect, where he assists emerging leaders in unlocking their potential to be effective decision-makers, engage with stakeholders, and communicate more effectively.
