Jennifer Stotter is a highly skilled and award-winning equal opportunity and affirmative action professional with over 20 years of experience in managing diversity, affirmative action, equal employment opportunity, and non-discrimination. Stotter is also an experienced educator with subject matter expertise in culturally competent education and has a history of community service and partnerships with community organizations. With extensive research background including data collection, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and dissemination of results in narrative and graphic formats, Stotter has dedicated her career to promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion in diverse settings.

Stotter attended Bryn Mawr College where she studied MSS in social welfare, social policy, and social research, and then continued at the same institution to earn her PhD in social work and social research. She also received a bachelor's degree in social welfare from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.

Stotter served as the Interim Director EEO/AA and Deputy Title IX Coordinator (Employees) at The University of Hawaii System and formerly served as Director of the Office of Equal Opportunity and Title IX Compliance; Title IX Coordinator at University of Hawaii at Hilo. She was also the Director, EEO/AA at Strategic Diversity Management at CVS Caremark Corporation, Director of Regional Operations at the US Department of Labor Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, Assistant Professor at Bloomsburg University, and Sr. Compliance Officer/ EEO Specialist at the U.S. Department of Labor.
