Paul Fcipd is a highly experienced human resources (HR) professional with a proven track record of success across various sectors. With extensive experience in managing the HR function and working collaboratively with operational leadership teams, he has specialized in employee relations, TUPE, resourcing, employment law, policy design, project management, and HR strategy. He has worked with Public, Private (FTSE100), Health, and Not-for-Profit sectors internationally, and has significant experience in designing and implementing reorganisations, employee relations, resolving management issues, employment law, talent management, reward, employee engagement, and HRIS.

Paul's notable achievements include designing HR strategies and successfully managing TUPE staff to harmonise terms and conditions for over 100 dispersed NHS and Local Government TUPE staff, resulting in £1.3m savings per annum. He also project managed the successful transition of 500+ NHS and private sector staff under TUPE, resulting in £17m worth of new business.

Paul holds a CIPD degree from the University of East London and a Post Graduate in HR Management from the University of Sussex. He has worked with renowned organizations such as GSK, United Response, London Borough of Lambeth, Partnerships in Care, London Borough of Lewisham, and Redditch Borough Council, among others, holding various senior-level roles.
