Neel Vora, a Bay Area-based investor with over a decade of experience in various investment activities across multiple asset classes, has worked in venture capital and private equity, public markets, portfolio management, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, corporate finance, and credit risk. Throughout his career, he has managed a cumulative portfolio worth $800 million, ranging from 15-day-old startups to century-old giants. Vora has expertise in a range of sectors, including technology, traditional, and real estate. He has worked on both the buy-side and sell-side, in majority, minority, M&A, and venture capital and private equity deals. Former employers include HDFC Bank, Shapoorji Pallonji, and a family office in Dr. Reddy's, where he has gained end-to-end experience in deal sourcing, founder negotiations, investment agreements, transaction closure, and portfolio management.
