Srikanth Pal is an experienced technical recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, and HR operations manager with over 10 years of experience. He currently serves as the Sr. Business Development Manager at Standav Corp, where he focuses on creating and delivering business and technology solutions such as CRM, CLM, Quote to Cash, and Analytics Integration that empower sales effectiveness. With a strong emphasis on customer orientation, innovation, effective communication, and mentorship, Srikanth Pal has helped build enterprise SaaS solutions that enable business leaders to meet ever-changing needs.
