Michael Zatulov is an accomplished financial strategy and operations executive with over 10 years of experience in private equity and venture-backed technology and consumer product companies. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialty in Taxation from the University of Southern California and a bachelor's degree in Economics with minors in Management and Global Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Throughout his career, Michael has played a critical role in determining strategic priorities, corporate team growth, long-term planning, and leadership team communication. He has worked closely with key leadership, CEO/founders, boards of directors, and advisers on all operational and strategic initiatives of the companies he has worked with.

Michael is the current Chief Operating Officer at Elite ISI and previously held the position of Head of Finance & Strategy for Aventur Capital, LLC, a company he founded. Prior to that, he was the Vice President of Finance & Strategy at Regent Companies, LLC, and a Business Advisor and Business Management Lead at Rose, Snyder & Jacobs LLP. He also worked as a Tax Senior at Grant Thornton LLP.
