Patti Cazzato is an accomplished executive with a background in retail and digital expansion, product innovation, and sustainable manufacturing. She was appointed as CEO of Timbuk2 in 2014 during their 25th anniversary year. Before joining Timbuk2, she held leadership positions at high-profile global brands and launched her career in merchandising and product positions at Esprit, Sam & Libby, and Ann Taylor. She was later recruited by Gap International in 1993, where she served as Senior Vice President.

As CEO of Timbuk2, Patti is responsible for molding the company into a brand that is accessible to a wide array of tastemakers. She has strategized a retail approach that fuses an impactful digital marketing presence with a large retail footprint in key markets, in order to target key consumers and grow the business. Patti has expanded the company's retail presence around the globe, with recent additions in New York, Japan, and Australia. She is also focused on expanding Timbuk2's women's line, aligning with current trends to create impactful, out-of-the-box partnerships that push the brand identity forward.

Patti has used Timbuk2's legacy in domestic manufacturing to push the boundaries of what a company can do for the planet. In 2014, she launched Timbuk2's Lifecycle Program, an environmental responsibility initiative encouraging customers to not only reuse and recycle their Timbuk2 bags but also repair and reimagine them. Since the program launch, zero bags have gone to a landfill.
