Sarah W. is a seasoned business partner and human resources expert with over 15 years of experience in various industries. She currently works at Barrett Business Services, Inc. as a consulting expert, providing guidance, training, and support to her clients in the areas of human capital management, change management, and strategic planning. With a Masters in Human Relations from The University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Saint Anselm College, Sarah has managed to establish a wealth of knowledge in different fields, including employment law compliance, executive coaching, employee relations, policy management, and workers’ compensation.

Before joining Barrett Business Services, Inc., Sarah worked as a Vice President, Operations and Human Resources at engage:BDR, where she oversaw all HR operations and developed best business practices for the company. Before that, she held various HR roles at Celgene, Abraxis BioScience, and Perot Systems, among others.
