Benjamin Ng, a highly experienced real estate professional, has over 9 years of expertise in operations, asset management, and project management in various industries such as hospitality, co-working, and student housing. He obtained his Master of Science (MSc) degree in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore, where he also studied his Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering.

He has worked with different organizations such as Shangri-La Group, Mapletree, Resorts World Sentosa, The Ascott Limited, and Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Investment and Development Co., Ltd. His roles in these organizations varied from Senior Manager, Investment and Asset Management, Building Enhancement Team Manager, Residence Manager, and Senior Executive, Strategic Planning.
