Khaled Qubaisi is the Chief Human Capital Officer for the Mubadala Group, overseeing performance management, learning and development, talent acquisition, and Emiratization initiatives. He is also a key member of Mubadala's Investment Committee, shaping investment policies and guidelines.

Prior to his current role, Khaled served as the Chief Investment Officer at International Capital and held the position of Head of Corporate Finance & Business Development at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi, focusing on enhancing the bank's investment banking capabilities.

Khaled Qubaisi holds leadership positions in various organizations, including Chairman of National Health Insurance Company (Daman) and Mubadala Pramerica Real Estate Investors, Managing Director of Tabreed, and board member of several entities like Mubadala GE Capital, Health Authority - Abu Dhabi, and Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA).

With a background in finance and operations management, Khaled pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance and Operation Management at The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Finance and Operation Management at the University of Massachusetts Boston.
