Tim Davis is a highly experienced and qualified home inspector based in Texas. With over 40 years of experience in construction-related projects, Tim's keen eye for detail has helped him detect and locate critical issues within the home. Tim is a Professional Real Estate Inspector, TREC # 21781 at Road Runner Home Inspections and follows and exceeds the Texas Real Estate Commission's (TREC) and InterNACHI's - Standards of Practice (SOP’s). He offers comprehensive professional home inspections that provide an objective evaluation of the visible and accessible components of a home at the time of inspection.

Tim is a graduate of Duncanville High School and holds an Associates in Applied Sciences, Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree from Mountain View College. He has also studied computer technology/computer systems technology from multiple educational institutions such as CompUSA, Global Knowledge, and New Horizons. Tim started his career as a Field Engineer at Eastman Kodak and later became the Regional Manager - DFW at GPS of Texas.

At Road Runner Home Inspections, Tim's mission is to provide a quality product (the Inspection Report) at a fair price. His inspection report is usually under 20 pages, custom narrative to the home being inspected including large photos relevant to the issue, easy to read and understand. This approach does not scare the buyer away. Tim's vast experience and knowledge help him identify safety, health, and structural problems that might be hidden from the buyer or realtor.
