John McGloon is a seasoned leader in UX design and research, with a passion for user-centered innovation. He brings over a decade of experience leading UX teams and processes, balancing business goals with product and user needs. He earned his Master of Science in Human Factors and Information Design from Bentley University, and his Master of Arts in Technical Communication from Boise State University. John also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and has completed graduate studies in Instructional Design, Developments and Evaluation at Syracuse University.

John has held leadership roles in several organizations, including Senior Director of User Experience at Comscore, Inc., Principal User Experience at The MathWorks, Head of User Experience and User Research at Welch Allyn, and Manager of Information Design at National Headquarters American Red Cross. Prior to his work in UX, John served as a Senior Personnel Sergeant in the US Army.
